BBQ - HouseWarming - MoonCake Festival | Sunday, September 30, 2007


Was invited to Shirley's house yesterday in Setia Alam.
Was told by the host herself that it would be a housewarming.

Neways, had to hitch a ride with Julie coz didnt know how to get there.

Once there, we helped ourselves to the array of yumilicous food and drinks.
Shirley is a avid fan of wine. Hence there were bottles of wine served!!! hahaha
Saw Shy, a friend whom i have not seen in a long time and she brought her famous vinegar pork ribs!! - had this before in our 2006 New Year Eve Pot Luck party at Rays.

mind you, this was suppose to be a BBQ party. We basically didnt do any BBQ until less than an hours before we go home! hahaha
coz earlier we were just sitting and chit chatin and watching life soap opera - courtesy of Shirley and another of her friend - CK ( i think...hehe )

While chit chating, we all were invited for different reasons - i was told it was a house warming - Julie was told it was a mooncake celebration - doesnt matter than MoonCake Fest was already over...i guess better late than never ??? althought we did not see any mooncake except for a box which we suspected was mooncake but never found out........hmmm
The not so full moon- blurry and far. Guess it wasnt much of a MoonCake celebration eh..

Julie says "Leave my sausages alone!! "Shy and her Bro Ali/Ah Lee ( sorry not sure how spell his name)
& Julie. All these ppl very tam chiak - stayed in front of the BBQ pit for so long. =p

My burnt sausages and fishball. Coz i was busy snapping photo and my FRIENDS were busy lookin after their chicken wings....seesh
As seen here, all busy with the other skewers of their chicken wings and sausages and no one cared about mines - the burnt ones.

Ali got bored waiting for us girls to finish BBQ-ing. So he thought he take a nap in front of the house that Julie just bought - notice the SOLD sign!! LOL its right next door to Shirley's. I guess the both of them can dicuss about their forum in live sessions!!! =p The group shot before leaving!!!
