Started my new job on Monday.
Its been years since i last worked in a place that would require me to drive for close to an hour...sometimes more sometimes less...just to get to work.
Its not so much the distance that irritates me but rather the traffic jam.
I do not recall the jam was like this jammed up a couple of years ago but hey it has been a couple of years.
more and more people have cars these days! hehehe
i would require atleast an hour to get ready in the morning.....shower.....dress up....recovering from my sleep.......etc
and i seriously need to learn to go to sleep earlier coz i need to!
i have always have the habit of sleeping late - hence my beautiful eyes are forever accompanied by their best friends - eye bags and dark circles. sigh
and since returning from the ship, i only go to sleep or fall asleep at around 3 am sometimes 4 am.
One would think that i'm a party animal and go clubbing every night or take trips to mamak stalls until wee hours ...well considering the hours i sleep....one would assumed such. But the reality is....and many of my close friends can agree to it is that i seldom go out at night. And close friends would know why.......sad.
im close to thirty and i dont party till wee hours...well atleast not while im here.
this kinda make me miss the ship life...hehehe
contrary to many's belief, life onboard the ship is safe. If i didnt need to work everyday on the ship, it would have been even better!! hahahaa
i would usually sleep at around 2 am or sometimes 3 am even back in the ship....
well this was because i only get off work at around 12 midnight or 1 something in the morning and once in a blue moon i would go to the crew bar. but hey, i only start work at 10 or 1030 ish the next day.
ok neways, im in a new environment. surrounded by new group of people. new routine to follow and start. new things to learn and pick up.
OMG.
i hope i will survive.

The bad point about this job is seriously the jam!
The good point is, Bangsar Complex, Bangsar Village, 1U and MidValley are all close by or just on the way!!! ha ha ha ha |
