So its Christmas Today!!
Missed out Christmas on land last year but made it up by celebrating it on the ship then. We had to work still. So that wasnt much fun - no holidays or break - continous working - but i do remember that on Christmas Eve the Crew Bar was having Disco Night and the Crew Mess was even opened to cater to all the crews to celebrate and dance the night away. I wasnt in much of a mood then, just hanging around and drinking and left pretty early - didnt have much of a choice coz i had to wake really early on Christmas Day coz had an event to host and oversee. seeesh
But this year, since i am HERE. Celebrated on land instead. Well wouldnt really say Celebrate lor..hehehe just joining in the party mode i suppose.... hehehe
well im not really a Christmassy person but every year without fail, this old old friend of mine - Ms Melissa Anne - will definately have a Christmas Party and this year was no exception! And of coz I - moi - was invited la! hehehe And every year i would definately go with my friend Michelle.
It was a super wet night - extremely heavy rain until we couldnt see the road. We passed the building and turning and we didnt even knew it...hahahaha kept praying that the rain will slow down.
Well finally when we arrived - the rain did slowed down and finally stopped.
Once we arrived there, of coz immediately Melissa will give a NON-ALCHOLIC drink! Hahaha who am i kidding...hehehe she gave me a glass or martini.
Every year i look forward to her house coz i love her mum's Devil Curry and Potato Salad. Without fail, i must have these two items. hehehe
( i was so busy eating, i forgot to snap photos..hahahahaha )
Melissa introduced to us two of her friends - Trevor and Mooji. I hope i got Mooji's name spelled right. Mooji is actually a friend of Trevor. He is from Mauritius but currently working and residing in Bangsar.
Trevor works in the same place as Melissa in FedEx - he is in the billing department but apparently hates accounting.
I was being a very mean - naughty - hehehehe person coz i was teasing and mocking and irritating Trevor all night. hahaha and he mocks me back too. Very cute fella.
Mooji is a very sweet guy. Very nice and very unlike Trevor. Was constantly telling Mooji i feel sorry for him coz he has to drive home with Trevor next to him!! hahaha arent i just mean!! hehee
Well after they left, i told Melissa, she should consider Trevor - hehehe..i mean why not...cute fella....charming...a tad annoying but ok la. coz would think that they make a cute couple.
hmm...maybe i should tell Melissa to consider Mooji instead....coz he is good looking and polite. hehehe apa la...playing match maker pulak..hehehhee

OK by this time,i've had a martini and two...maybe three glasses of wine..and michelle hasnt had any yet.  Aaaaw...dont we look sweet!! hehehehe ...in case ya wonder whose that guy standing behind - thats Melissa's Dad. ^_^

Although the night started out wet and wet ...hehehe it was still great to finally sit down, have a drink and do some catching up.
I will definately be looking forward to the next Christmas Party at ya place Melissa. Let's just keep our finger cross that next time, it doesnt rain. ^_^
