i havent met up with the girls in awhile now. i guess we were all too caught up with our work and what not to actually managed to meet each other up.
but it has always been our routine, to meet up every now and then and whenever we can..............i suppose. So we decided to meet up on Sunday for Hi-Tea Buffet.

Neways, was Shirley's idea to go for Hi-Tea. she did all the arrangements and scouting out which hotel has good selections at a reasonable price and etc. so then it was confirmed on 17th August 2008 - Concorde Hotel, Shah Alam. Hi-Tea Buffet at the Melting Pot for some international cuisine ^___^
neways we all met up at supposingly 1pm. Julie and I arrived there by 1.05pm. We called Shirley but she didnt answer our calls. So neways, we decided to go in first and check out whats available. hehehehe
There were some catching up done. Chatting and what not. It has really been awhile. Our last outing was way back in March. We went to Pulau Ketam. hehehehe why ?? hahaha it wasnt that bad.
Overall, the food was so so only. The environment was nice. Service was good. The price was ok la...but i sure did not feel like i got my money's worth. And seriously the food could use a little twinning here and there. But hey im not an expert...hahahaha
The Spaghetti ala tomato sauce. Satay Ayam ^____^ The Girls. All Smiles. ^_______^ And on Monday, i met up with Yen. Havent seen this girl since our lasssttt outing. Erm i think last year before she sign on to the ship. We had lunch. Had planned for a movie but i arrived late. It was raining and everyone was driving really slow. And whats with the apparently NEW SYSTEM in MidValley's carpark ??? its bugging the hell out of me. darn it.
Well that took me some time before i secured a parking spot.
So ok, we decided to go to C-Jade Express for lunch but it was a line waitng. So i thought, hey lets go to Oasis FoodCourt for the Pan Mee. I love this Pan Mee. But by the time we reach there, the whole foodcourt was closed for renovation. Then Yen suggested Penang food. So we went to Penang Little Cafe - i think thats the name. Neways, the food was nice. Not too shabby. Although i was lil disappointed with their cendol. it came out looking and tasted a lil flat to me. After lunch, we walked around Gardens and MidValley for awhile. Then since both of us didnt really have anything to buy, we stopped at StarBucks for a drink and some more catching up. Its been awhile. But it felt really good to finally catch up again. Yen was my eating - crew bar-ing - shoreleave - chitchatting partner when i was onboard. But she wasnt onboard Virgo for long. But even with the switching and all, we somehow always kept in touch. Prolly gonna see more of her now that she has left SC too .
